3. Once the call is connected, open the virtual keypad. It looks like a picture of 9 small dots, depending on your version of SKYPE.

Are there professional standards for those who practice spiritual & vibrational healing?

No, there is no governing body which has authority over one who practices spiritual healing. May I remind you that one of the major points in the Bill of Rights is the Freedom to Practice One’s Religious View as they see Fit. The Constitution guarantees that there shall be no interference in this matter. We are blessed that this is so. However, this means that the responsibility to insure you are following the correct path for you then lies with you. So, please do your own due diligence when approaching any one who facilitates healing by spiritual, energy vibration, or any other means.

Live Private Sessions with Rev Tom Hudson A customer wishing to cancel or reschedule private session time must provide written notification of cancellation, rescheduling (as possible), or a request for refund emailed to: customerservice@birthritetechnology.com Regarding personal sessions, please know that the price charged for these sessions reserves the time slot for you to have access to Rev Tom Hudson’s years of accumulated expertise. It in no way assures that you will receive the effect or benefit you desire. Should you participate in any part of the private session, your purchase is no longer eligible for refund. Should you, for whatever reason, feel it necessary to postpone or reschedule your appointment, please do so at minimum of 48 hours prior to its beginning. There is no penalty, but it is requested that you reschedule a new appointment within 30 days. Any client abusing the leniency of this policy will be blocked from making additional appointments. Should you feel it necessary to cancel your appointment, without rescheduling, for whatever reason, if done so at minimum of 48 hours in advance of the session, your purchase is eligible for a full refund. Must I join the Birth Rite Technology Membership FaceBook Group group?

No you don’t have to. However, I strongly recommend that you do. Here’s what you miss out on if you don’t:

  2. Before and following the Group Healing Calls there is a very edifying level of support for all those who are courageous enough to share their issues and their healing experiences.
  3. There are special announcements which are delivered to the FaceBook Group earlier so you get to keep your finger on the pulse of what’s going on at Birth Rite Technology; and that’s a lot.
  4. There are many articles and resources that are available through accessing the FILES tab on the FaceBook Group.
  5. It’s the gateway to another FaceBook page where everyone who’s a Birth Rite Technology Member can post their own passion for life or their business pursuit of their Birth Rite Life Purpose. What if I don't have a Facebook account? Or, what if I don't want to a Facebook account?

If you don’t have an account, it’s very easy to sign up for one. If you prefer your account can be anonymous, so no one in the group will be able to see your account. You may also open a Google email account with a new name just for the purpose of creating your FaceBook page. This will help to keep your identity private (I highly recommend this approach for anyone who has privacy concerns). Yes, it can be intimidating if you aren’t familiar with these types of websites, but you will pick it up quicker than you think. If you’re really stuck figuring out how to create a page ask a tech-savvy family member or friend if they’d be willing to help you get set up.

If I choose to NOT be in the group, should I let you all know?

Again, I highly recommend joining so you don’t miss all the sharing and healing taking place in the group. There really is no way possible to replace the interaction that takes place within the FaceBook Group. That’s why we offer it.

Is this group really private? Can't my friends who are not in the group see my posts?

Yes, the group is truly private and only members of the group can see your posts. No one outside the group can even see that the group exists unless they are specifically invited to join and then all members are there because they have purchased a premium subscription. This is monitored by our administrative staff. You will see posts from the group come up in your newsfeed, but that is only because it’s your newsfeed and you are part of the group.

I get so many notifications from the Birth Rite Technology Membership Group. How do I make them stop?

To Stop Facebook Notifications – In the Facebook group, look to the top right (below the pictures of members), and you will see “Notifications.” Click on that to adjust your settings. It’s totally up to you to choose how involved you wish to become. To Stop Notifications In Your Email Or Cell Phone – Click on the icon that looks like a gear in the very top right. In the drop down menu select “Settings.” Then select “Notifications” in the left menu column. You can turn off email, text message, and smart-phone notifications here.

How do I post in the Facebook group?

Just under the menu of options which is just under the pictures of the Birth Rite Technology photo, you’ll see an option to “Write Post” with a prompt to “Write something…” That is where you post.

What should I post in the Facebook group?

Your first post is to introduce yourself to the other members of the group. Please share your name, location, and anything else you would like to share so we can get to know you and what you are releasing or healing. “What is your motivation for having become part of the group?” This is a great way to start! Each day, or multiple times a day, you are welcome to leave a post of what you are focusing on. I will be reading these everyday. Besides those posts, you can also post any questions, comments, stories, successes, or anything else you think could be of value to you or another member of the group. Please do NOT post things that are of a Customer Service nature where you are expecting Tom Hudson or our administrative staff to resolve an issue. Posting this type of inquiry on the FaceBook Group page is a very inefficient way to get your problem resolved. It also detracts from the experience of other members of the group and can also create confusion for others where none existed before. What's the etiquette for Birth Rite Technology Membership Facebook group?

Please follow these suggestions:

  • Be generous and share about yourself, but only within your comfort level. You are the author of your life and this is not something I recommend to do if you are feeling fear. In this case please bring that fear up for addressing in one of the private or group healing calls. Get it resolved and then you can post with joy and gratitude that you are free from the fear that you once had to share.
  • If you read a post, “LIKE” it (by clicking the like button in the bottom of the post) to let others know you’re with them.
  • If you read a post and benefit from it, leave a reply, so others know they’ve contributed to your experience. Please make all replies of an edifying nature. This is a safe community. Respect the feelings of others as though they were your own three year old inner child is the best rule of thumb.

Recurring Subscription Payments

As a reminder your membership payment is recurring, based on the monthly or yearly time frame of your subscription.

Please NOTE: As long as you remain an active subscriber you are locked in to your original purchase price! (This means, if your membership lapses, to re-subscribe, you will pay the current higher pricing).

Changes in Recurring Payment for Subscriptions / Cancellation PayPal Instructions

When you send money for pre-approved payments such as a recurring payment, subscription, automatic billing, or installment plan, the money is first taken from your PayPal balance.

Here’s how to change the way you pay for pre-approved payments if you don’t want to use your PayPal balance:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.

2. Click the settings icon next to “Log out.”

3. Click Preapproved Payments under “Payment settings.”

4. Click the name of the merchant for the agreement you want to change.

5. Click Change in the Payment Method section.

6. Select the payment method you’d like to use.

Any additional questions or inquiries regarding cancelling the Paid Monthly Option need to be made directly to PayPal.

Refunds by Credit Card (other than thru PayPal)

Credit card refunds will be processed within ten business days of receipt of a refund request. If this requirement is not met, please contact us so we can follow up with the credit card company and provide you with a timely reimbursement of your funds.

Cancellation of your Birth Rite Technology Membership Subscription

Should you wish to cancel your membership subscription, there are several things that you need to know and take action on to do so.

Please do the following:

  • Log in to your account,
  • Click my membership,
  • Then click the Cancel button to the right of the screen.
  • If your subscription is paid through your PayPal account, you will also need to cancel it there.
  • We cannot do this for you as we have no access to your account.

The paid Monthly option may be cancelled at any time. However, after you’ve completed the above instructions you must also cancel through your PayPal account. Birth Rite Technology cannot cancel your subscription for you. We do not have, nor should we have, access to your personal private PayPal account.

What can I expect during my session with Tom?
  1. Birth Rite Technology™ is a system of proven methods for achieving one’s potential: the discovery and awareness of one’s Hearts’ Desires, aligning one’s state of being to the realized potential of one’s Divine Birth Right Life, to effectively fulfill your Divine purpose.
  2. One of the basic fundamentals which forms the framework for all my sessions is guidance from both my client’s “Spirit Guides” and my “Divine Spiritual Council.” I receive direct guidance throughout the session.
  3. We will explore issues, symptoms, and concerns of which you have conscious awareness. During the discovery part of the session you will be explaining to me the basic reasons that brought you to make the appointment. I find frequently that a client’s awareness is only the tip of the iceberg.
  4. In order to solve the issue, the root must be exposed, then released or removed. This means we must invariably dig deeper than you will be consciously aware of and invariably, but only momentarily, place you outside of your comfort zone.
  5. I have a wide variety of tools; techniques, modalities, and methods at my disposal to assist you in releasing, resolving, removing, rejecting, or even banishing problematic imbalances in your energy field, and thereby getting rid of the symptom(s) by which you were bothered.
  6. Muscle testing is a form of biofeedback which involves me tuning into your energy field and directing questions to my client’s and my “Spirit Guides.” I ask only “yes” or “no” questions and so receive only “yes” or “no” answers.
  7. The information received is purely energetic in nature, so there are certain limitations inherent in the knowledge that can be ascertained. However, I have developed my skill with this form of information gathering and find it to be very accurate for pin-pointing the root causes of issues and providing guidance as to which tools will be most effective assisting with resolution.

It in no way assures that you will receive the effect or benefit you desire. Should you participate in any part of the private session, your purchase is no longer eligible for refund. Should you, for whatever reason, feel it necessary to postpone or reschedule your appointment, please do so at minimum of 48 hours prior to its beginning. There is no penalty, but it is requested that you reschedule a new appointment within 30 days. Any client abusing the leniency of this policy will be blocked from making additional appointments. Should you feel it necessary to cancel your appointment, without rescheduling, for whatever reason, if done so at minimum of 48 hours in advance of the session, your purchase is eligible for a full refund. However, if you cancel within the 48 hours prior to the appointment as scheduled, refund of your purchase drops to 50%. In cases where cancellation of a session package is requested (because of the bulk discount provided by purchasing as a package) the number of sessions already used will be re-calculated at the current full-single-session-price and subtracted from the total purchase price of the package. The remainder of the purchase shall then be eligible for full refund.

“On-Line” Instructional Group Workshops or Classes may be cancelled or rescheduled (as possible), receiving a full refund when done so within 48 hours of beginning the first segment of the workshop or class. Please NOTE: There is a maximum number of students allowed in each workshop or class, and your reserved place, if not cancelled in time, may cause another customer to miss out on attending. Customers who have attended the first two Workshops or Classes in a series, or do not notify Birth Rite Technology of a desire to cancel or reschedule (as possible) within 48 hours of beginning the first segment of the workshop or class, will not be entitled to receive a refund. Remember, you must provide written notification of cancellation, rescheduling (as possible), or a request for refund emailed to: customerservice@birthritetechnology.com

“On-Site” Instructional Group Workshops or Classes

“On-Site” Instructional Group Workshops or Classes may be cancelled, or rescheduled (as possible), receiving a full refund when requested 7 days prior to the first day of the workshop or class. Please NOTE: There is a maximum number of students allowed in each workshop or class, and your reserved place, if not cancelled in time, may cause another customer to miss out on attending. Customers who notify the instructor within the first half day that they would like to cancel may receive a 75% refund (delivered within 30 days). Any student who has completed the first four hour segment of any Workshop or Class in a series without notifying the instructor of their desire to cancel or reschedule (as possible) will not be entitled to receive a refund.
